      Friendly colleagues and good for early work experience

      Pros

      Staff is friendly. Organized & Professional. Great I.T. Pays for office needs

      Cons

      No work life balance. Employees aren't great at hiring people who want to be there long term. No raises because it never seems to be in the budget meanwhile everyone keeps getting Senior job titles or moving from one department to another.
