      Pros

      I was very good at my job and enjoyed my line of work very much. Up until 2013 it was a fantastic company to work.

      Cons

      The introduction of Route. I wasn't based in England and felt management never took the time to properly get to know me or see that I was an asset to the company but instead thought Route would be a better choice than someone with years of experience and local knowledge.

      Pros

      Advance knowledge in machining. Owner is a machinist and knows everything about what's going on so if you have a question you can go to him. Both supervisors and awesome and listen management on point

      Running out of room from too many customers 🙃

      High quality, professional offices. Wide variety of shows produced for many opportunities to work for the company. They hire quality professionals.

      Cons

      You must have a fascination for relationship shows or shows about small-statured women.
