      Pros

      As an intern I was given interesting and meaningful tasks. My colleges quickly adopted me as a new team member. Everyone was very approachable and friendly.

      Cons

      There could have been more events to connect to other interns at KfW.

      - International projects - Leader on sustainable development - Good working hours - Good salary and high standard of living in Germany - Great team and motivated employers with interesting international experiences

      Cons

      - Not too much responsibility for interns - Internship program relatively unstructured - Internship does not necessarily qualify for full-time job offer but rather further traineeship
