      Seeing improvements in the kids you work with and forming bonds with them.

      Cons

      Pay is low and inconsistent. Tons of driving. Not compensated enough for drive time or the obvious wear and tear that comes along with that. Support was not easy to come by when asking for help or raising awareness to an issue.
