Cons
No one communicates. No one can make any decisions, everything has to be signed off by KR who makes decisions based on his opinions rather than fact and expertise. Things just go around in circles and are so confusing, no one has clear direction. It feels cult like and people join having inflated idea of their roles but once you're in you realise it is smoke and mirrors and you have no authority or guidance. No leadership, no progression and no learning opportunities unless you want to sit and listen to Kerwin's 'motivational speeches'. It isn't reality. Untrusting environment with check ins every morning and evening to make you clock in 2 minutes before work starts and make sure you don't finish ahead of time. They call it 'accountability' but it is a waste of time as no one checks that your tasks were actually completed it is purely lack of trust.
