Pros
At Katrium I did my tasks at a time that suited me best. I had a lot of control over which tasks were given to me. Almost everything is remote, which offers a great amount of flexibility.
I was in constant communication with the boss and she was always ready to help me with any problem I might have. I received positive feedback throughout my internship. The work environment was always very friendly.
When I made a mistake, it didn't feel like the end of the world, instead we simply focused on how to fix the mistake.
I got to do a lot of different things, which taught me a lot and sometimes pushed me out of my comfort zone. Sometimes the boss allowed me to experiment with things I didn't have experience with, such as with wordpress.
Overall I had a great time and my five month internship went by very quickly.
