Business outlook
Pros
Good Technology and a huge learning curve. Salary is generally 2-2.5 X. Most of the work is in C++/C#. One product is in Java/JSP. Lots of new features are getting added. Huge usage of DB and you will get a huge learning curve on your SQL skills.
Cons
Very limited opportunity for growth as it is a small company. May be after 3 years you may feel like doing the same things again and again. Great managers in the Indian team has left. Also, most of the good work get done in UK office.
