Current Employee - Tax Manager in Toronto, ON
    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at KPMG full-time for more than a year

    Pros

good benefits, decent salary, great view from office

    Cons

went to desk hoteling - people end up sharking and spending too much time looking for a space; management for the group i was in - beyond playing favourites - didn't even reprimand senior managers for asking levels below to re-direct billable hours to non-billable so it wouldn't ruin the budget (but would hurt the associate's total needed billable hours)

    Advice to Management

learn to work with better ethics realize you have humans, not robots working for you...work/life balance
