Pros

The developers that remain are generally helpful, passionate, and knowledgeable If you keep your head down, don't mind what you're working on, and can ignore the rampant favoritism and nepotism, you can probably work here just fine

Cons

Exec level management does not care about you. They spend their time posturing and putting up walls to make sure you know that. In 2017, the CEO forced USA employees to sign a military-style honor code or forfeit their jobs. He tried the same in other countries, but their labor laws prevented it. Chris is the master of the humblebrag. When he visited EP to conduct a meeting, he flew someone else with him to introduce him to the group, as if it was a warm-up to meeting a celebrity. Next, he talked about how small his office was (after taking offices away from everyone director level and below) and about how he doesn't dress fancy because his suit was only a few hundred dollars. The next time there was a company-wide meeting via telecommunication, the only VP-level employee that lives in EP called in, rather than attend in person. He called in from the same building the meeting was held in. You don't get much more out of touch than that. On the technology side, the KLD take over of KO forced a lot of new projects down the throats of the developers that stayed. They're mostly garbage. They use reasonable UIs to mask the fact that they're poorly designed and seem to be the result of legacy LDiscovery employees saying "What new technology do I want to learn this week?"

Pros

The people under previous CEO leadership- many no longer here

Cons

Micromanagement to the extreme under new leadership. New CEO has failure to see big picture, or lack of interest to and on boarded to this company only to lead in outsourcing positions to India and transition most positions to AI. Not really making any effort to know his collegues. Writing is on the wall. The countdown is on!
