Some of the best reasons to work at Jumpstart include: work flexibility, and great mission, plenty of passionate people, a great place to learn and explore different areas of nonprofit work.
Cons
The downsides are poor management, too much to get done and never enough time, you will likely burnout, extremely fast paced depending on department, a lot of talk and very little follow-through.
