      Pros

      Compensation is based on competitive sale of insurance polices. No other advantage right now.

      Cons

      Leadership and management is forcing lien options on most clients, because of the raise in covid and increased death rates in the country. Process client claims in a timely manner. Life insurance is ridiculously mismanaged.
