      Pros

      Nice corporate office and company vehicles plus good benefits. It is nice working with the field crews because they are all hard workers and love to show their knowledge base.

      Cons

      Hard to meet budgets and keep labor down. Seems that jobs are underbid and the field crews have to work extra fast and hard to get the job done per time allowed.
