I don't know where do I start from. Management is having no idea what is going on. The MD just knows to treat all the employees as slaves. None of the developers are having idea about the product. Learn everything by yourself as no one here is having knowledge. All the knowledgeable employees were smart enough to leave the company. Development is for the name sake. Only bug solving is done. That is also done by blame game. Talking about cleanliness, there is one guy with one cloth who cleans the office just for saying. Office premises, desks and washrooms are kept dirty and unhygienic. No work culture. Complete Desi mentality. MD works on saving money by unnecessary cost cutting rather than using his mind to earn more.
