Pros
We saw patients, usually, a few times a month or more so I loved getting to know my patients. The job was challenging and always provided new opportunities to learn.
Cons
Being a specialty clinic every department was very different. So on days you would have to float were difficult to keep things flowing like they should. And no one would be happy.
