Pros

The benefits were the only good thing about the job, but only for those employees that only needed employee only benefits.

Cons

Nasty bi-polar CEO who tries to control everyone who works there. Will discipline you for being 1 minute late to work, must use your vacation time for any days off regardless of what you need the day off for, will deduct vacation time from your paycheck if you use more than you earned which you must do any time you need time off. Reported to DOL numerous times! CEO has made it clear her dislike of white people, will fire you for absolutely no reason at all just because she doesn't like you. You must be at work at a certain time (NOT A MINUTE EARLIER), you must take your lunch break the same time every single day, you cannot eat lunch at your desk, you cannot work through lunch and leave an hour early if there is an appt or something else that needs to be taken care of, you will be spied on and God forbid you are caught looking at your cell phone!

Pros

Always connected even though main headquarters were in another state

Cons

No cons to mention. Pay a bit lower than other contractors but the environment and co workers make up for that

Pros

Getting to know some of the employees around me. Learning how to handle difficult situations when they are thrown in your face.

Cons

The turnover rate for this company is absolutely ridiculous! Reasons for letting employees go are absurd, to say the least. If you are a contracted employee I hope you don't ever get sick or end up in the hospital or you will be let go. You are forced to believe that someone else is gunning for your job at all times. The atmosphere at this place is extremely stressful and hostile. Upper management plays mind games with the other management and forces good employees to walk or framed to get fired. Impossible tasks are given in the hopes that you will fail. Good managers are scorned and good work goes unrecognized.
