      Pros

      More freedom to do work but inform manager on every step. Salary on time. Travelling amount on time. Super boss is very good but managers šŸ¤šŸ‘ŽšŸ‘Ž Hire and fire rate is almost zero More things to learn. Best instruments to work.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Travelling 80%+ Highly skilled employees working on wages. Growth rate very slow. Huge politics.

      Pros

      The health insurance is the best in the industry. Good place to round out your troubleshooting skills.

      Cons

      Slow to promote. raises don't keep up with cost of living. Work minimum 40 hours and you don't make your schedule. Level of work required is extremely skilled but pays only technician wage. Benefits are slowly dissolved each year. Promises of a better future but generally are not going in that direction.

      willing to pay for overtime money

      Cons

      many stupid restrictions that lead to increased workload. eg. wear clothes with collars, but the company is not buying the uniform. eg. put your PC into big lockers every day before you leave the company.
