      Pros

      Flexible hours, always willing to change hours based on college schedule. A god place to gain hospitality experience and learn how to interact and build relationships with new people.

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen to members or employees. Not responsive to needs or suggestions. The board of directors seems to tie the hands of the mangers, preventing competitive change. Zero upward mobility.

      Tends to be an easy job.

      It's limited to only working weekends so not many hours.

      -good coworkers and students -some of admin is kind and understanding -

      Cons

      -not a lot of inclusive communication between admin and staff -sometimes hard to be able to go to bathroom
