Pay was good at first. Good company atmosphere at first.

No change in pay even after upping production. Nearly each month something new was added to the work load with out any acknowledgement to the work load change. They say they are employee centric and beg for good survey reviews but it's all fir the front they put on. They are no different than the big corporations where you are just a number on a piece of paper. They really don't care about you.
