1. Amazing co-workers. 2. Flexible Leaves. 3. Flexible timeline for production deliveries. 4. You get to take ownership of your product/work.
Cons
1. The software architecture is really miserable. 2. You have to do support work also along with development. 3. No encouragement given on adapting/learning new technology or frameworks. 4. No emphasis is given on writing quality code and especially on code reviews. 5. There is a 3 year employment bond. 6. Need to travel for 3 hours daily to their changodar plant although the software team has no relevance of being at plant whatsoever.
