Pros
I learned great ideas for increasing sales but the owners/managers were lacking the commitment and strength to see these ideas through.
Cons
At first introductions the work environment seemed professional. After a short time with the company I was witness to berating of employees in front of all employees at conferences in a attempt to get that employee to leave the company. Screaming arguments in common areas by owners in a attempt to (teach) an employee how to be a better employee. Management was not available for new comers questions and were not allowed to bother the owners with their questions. As a bonus, the owners of the company would have the local ice cream truck driver stop by our office and we were allowed to choose one of anything we wanted from the truck which was paid for by the owners. This was their idea of a "bonus" to say thank you for a job well done. After three years of these examples and so much more unprofessional behavior I ended my employment with this company. Not really sure how I lasted that long.
