          Pros

The mid-level employees, the vast majority of the company, are incredible. So dedicated and hard working and most are incredibly passionate for the mission. These people are REAL and they give their blood, sweat, and tears for one another. They bring you up when you’re down and overwhelmed but the bottom line is…. That they don’t call the shots or make the rules.

          Cons

The upper management is truly disconnected to the amount of work they’re spewing on their employees. They’re continuously changing their minds and dictating something new - zero consistency - which sends the mid level employees, doing all the work, into a non stop tailspin. It’s impossible to see true employee growth because of the lack of consistency. It may seem like a well oiled machine to the consumer but from the inside it wreaks of disorganization.

        Property Manager

As a leasing agent for two years, I then worked my way to assistant manager for t 11 months. Then, to a property manager position, nine months into my new role as manager, I was terminated, with no warning, completely unexpected. How do I explain this undeserving action and embarrassment in an upcoming interview without any risk in the decision-making of my employment with the company I am interested in? I hope I am relaying this in a way that is understood.
