No micromanagement here - quite the opposite, you're expected to bring drive and ideas to the table
Very friendly environment (work hard, play hard mentality although not that extreme... for a startup the work-life balance is amazing)

No 401K matching (yet)
The offer package could've been higher... they essentially didn't negotiate at all. Having said that, I took the offer because I believed in the product and thought I would fit in well with the people AND because it was a fair offer all things considering.
