      Pros

      Started by giving me excellent training to properly prepare me for the job. Learned a lot about Solidworks in an actual industry setting, and got to work on real projects for the company, not just busywork. The culture is excellent as well, a good mix of more experienced designers and newer grads. Definitely recommend, especially for a first co-op/internship.

      Cons

      Pay was a little on the lower end ($17/hr).

      I had my own desk and was trusted to work individually on certain tasks on Solidworks

      A desk job where some days I sat at my desk all day.

      Pros

      The employees are easy to work with and will help anybody at the drop of a hat. You get to see projects go from concept all the way to run-off. It's also a relatively low stress environment.

      Cons

      Compensation can be on the lower side so go for the bigger salary up front because pay increases are few and far between.
