Very Flexible with hours, Quiet environment, independent working. The ability to move up. I went through a temp service called Express, then got hired on by INVeSHARE directly once my contract ended as a temporary contract through INVeSHARE, and then got hired permanently. At each offer I was offered a higher salary. I started at $11/hr by express Once my contact ended I was offered $35,000. Then my two year anniversary came up and one of the executives offered me a $5000 raise! They tend to keep people from Express if they are hardworking. They like people who are honest, come into work on time, and are communicative. I have seen people come and go while I have been here, but it is about work ethic. You work independently so it is up to you to work honestly and not sure the internet i.e facebook etc. Also, you are able to take vacation whenever.
