      Marketing has experienced a face lift. VIA's improving and the product's a good effort to broaden our product offering. Striving to provide a total solution for the M&A life cycle.

      Retention of good people remains a pressing challenge. Expect high turnover due to unfair compensation. Hard work and extra efforts are not rewarded. Culture of bullying and backstabbing exists
