Mandatory overtime every weekend, most don’t even receive the cost of living raises, company unwilling to maintain or buy necessary equipment to perform the jobs in a proper way , seems to be an us vs them mentally between the office and the actual workers who do the job , definitely a two class system not much team work between the offices and the workers , seen many of people get wrote up or even fired for decisions there supervisors have made, always asked to up production but never giving to tools or workers to do so
