Worked full time for 3 years - Software Engineer Intersoft KK Employee Review

Dear member please don't tarnish our reputation by telling false comments, as per our knowledge the salary is hiked for all staffs, some got very handsome salary hike due to their performance and some got little less hike. Salary is always released on time except in one occasion when it delay by 2 days where our bank was having some software upgradation which was informed to all by the HR before, and one more thing you are telling that you are having good & helpful team members than how you are not able to maintain work life balance, I am sure that Intersoftkk never ask you more than you can give.
