      - Work across social media and digital media - Opportunity to do a lot

      Cons

      - Senior Management is abysmal. Bad across the board. Make up for incompetence with arrogance. - Little care for a greater mission other than hitting targets. Makes work depressing - Huge turnover especially for anyone with talent - Unhappy employees

      Pros

      Great new projects coming from the editorial team, the sales and marketing team, and the video team especially. Cool new opportunities are popping up, and lots of good changes have been made in the last year. Some really great strides made since pre-pandemic drab culture and the new leadership in place seems to be really dedicated to improving the culture. Excited about where things are headed.

      Cons

      A little all over the place in terms of communication across departments. Compensation could still be higher, especially in this competitive market.
