      Pros

      There are no Pros. The MD is offensive and unreasonable.

      Cons

      They hire you in, take details of all your previous clients and staff, dont issue you with materials to work with, e.g. No phone, and then sack you on the spit with no disciplinary or notice contrary to their own contract. Avoid with a wide berth!

      Pros

      Probably the most creative group I've ever worked with. Their out of the box strategic approach to corporate challenges is second to none, and they reward you for what you bring to the table and not simply for the title or position or roll you fill. An outstanding organization!

      Cons

      Location. Traffic is a bear. Being in the middle of the 128 loop is a challenge. If you don't live 15 to 20 from Waltham, you may want to consider another option.
