Pros

There are no pros that I could list here.

Cons

This is the 3rd sports team I have worked for and it was absolutely the worst experience of my life. They treated the sales staff like dirt, did not care about us or value us. Once they brought us back from covid it was non-stop work for below poverty wages with no overtime or commission. Now I have learned that they are going to have a full stadium on May 29th and still 0 commission for the sales reps that are there! What a joke! Jorge Mas has ruined this organization and when we were brought back from furlough we were told our jobs would be safe and people were still fired. No welcome back, no benefits, no free gear, absolutely nothing. What is even worse is that we were one of the best sales teams in all of MLS and no recognition or benefits were given to us. They want you to work and enslave yourself to the company without asking any questions. In addition, they signed Matuidi illegally and gave his family extra money when they can't even pay their sales staff. Almost everyone has left that started there and that is a terrible sign, so corrupt and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE but their bottom line and how many seats are sold. Good luck trying to get a stadium in Miami.

Pros

To those looking in, it woukd seem like a decent place to work.

Cons

Management is toxic. Experience is not necessary, for even director positions. Employer and fan safety is put below profit. Communication is horrible. HR has one of the largest departments and only cares about themselves.
