Pros
1. Company are full of talented engineers to work with and readily offers a helping hands.
2. Great people to work with.
3. Challenging work and flexible schedules.
Cons
1. Focus on short versus long term goals, quick results, and the metrics for upper management center on accounting versus engineering.
2. Management is designed to serve themselves at the expense of engineers. Executives care more about their bonuses than employee benefits.
3. Meetings are extremely long sometimes up to 2 and 1/2 hours without focus.
4. Way too much favoritism for people from certain nationality especially Chinese.
5. The one thing that stands out the most was the overall unprofessional senior upper management. (CEO can't even say hello back to you when you greet him, no respect at all).
