Pros
I've never met a group of smarter, more passionate people. The company culture is unparalleled, the founders are thoughtful and articulate, and the product is world-class. All areas of business work together extremely well, and are constantly aligned on the goals for the company - always marching in the same direction. The care and compassion of every team member truly shines, as everyone knows we have something truly special. The salaries are competitive, the work is challenging and fun, and management understands the need for a work-life balance. There is an open forum for communication through proactive transparency. Everyone has a voice - and we all feel encouraged to use it. I genuinely feel I've hitched my wagon to a rocket ship, and am incredibly excited to be a part of the journey.
