Pros
Their service has great potential only if their product is re-designed from ground up. Nomeclature, documentation,performance user-interface etc. seem like designed by a newbie fresh out of college.
Cons
It's a startup company with flimsy LMS Analytics product and service. As a long time, professional data analyst, I couldn't understand how their product was designed and had great difficulty managing my clients as they frequently complain on very slow product performance. Prospective clients of theirs should seriously consider hiring an analyst to design their dashboad instead. I know this as I manage their product for some time. Management wise, they are still working on some standards internally and keeps on changing every so often. This often time causes confusion among staff members. Lastly, they do not honor employee contracts.
