Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with Integritek. In an effort to enhance transparency, we want to provide feedback of our own regarding your comments. The medical plans Integritek offers meet and in some situations exceed industry bench-marking and we continue to receive very positive feedback from staff, especially as we migrated this past year from offering one plan to four so that our employee’s had the flexibility to pick a plan that best meet their needs. As a growing company, we are making decisions daily on how best to invest in our staff, clients, and company. We continue to research and discuss the best options for employee retirement planning. We have instituted management coaching and are optimizing our systems to better measure and report on performance, so employees are empowered to track their performance and work toward their goals.
