Good people at the company who are always willing to help Salary and Bonuses were good
Cons
Leads will punish you for taking PTO. PTO also counts against your bonus, so you are discouraged from taking time off. They will overstaff you and question you if you can't handle the workload. If you get a bad lead/manager you can get completely screwed. No formal feedback system so you never know if you are performing well or not. At will employer will fire you with no warning or reason at any given moment, even when you are fully staffed. Company reeks of nepotism and favors certain "types" of people
