Pros
Easy work, colleagues on the whole are nice barring a few, shifts are okay and overtime is always available. Holidays again are easy to take although have to booked well in advance to secure them. Training is lengthy but enjoyable and leaves you feeling confident enough to do the job alone once complete.
Cons
Leaders can be hypocritical, zone into those who aren’t working as hard but aren’t doing much themselves. Targets aren’t too high but still impossible to reach, not based on performance but on what calls you take that month, out of your control. Some colleagues are sly and make working there intolerable. Pay not that great and often working late shifts (12-8).
