Pros
You only work for two lawyers. Work is standard to what you would do in private practice (preparing letters, booking discoveries and mediations, filing, opening and closing files). Lots of perks you don't get in private practice.
Cons
It can get busy, but people will help you if you ask, but that can be hard because by the time you explain what your lawyer likes, you could do it yourself.
