Fantastic company to work for!!! I've been there for 17 years now and you're treated like a person, not a number like you are at a big company. I would recommend this company to anyone to work there.

-Hybrid work opportunities -Work Flexibility -Lavish experiences, Parties, & Gifts -Massage room and massages in the office -Fair amount of PTO with separate appointment paid time off -Stocked Breakroom -Nice offices & office location

-Unethical treatment of young pretty women by CEO -Expected to stroke egos and provide excessive attention in exchange for Job advancements, Raises, Gifts, Invites to experiences and parties. - You are expected to "Look pretty because it's important for business". You would be rewarded as a form of a positive reenforcement technique. -If you wanted the chance to succeed in your career there then you couldn't talk about your relationship and often felt like you needed to hide it. -Truths were often concealed and lack of communication was a struggle. -Little room for actual growth and false promises.
