The operations teams are lean and often overworked

Flexible work/life balance and company parties back at headquarters with all expenses paid. Good to work with the many large web properties executing their research initiatives and learn about ad effectiveness on the web. Got to learn a lot about the web and the coding behind ads.

Job was described as project manager and since it dealt with advertising I expected more of a creative gig, but job was really about ad trafficking/ tagging and troubleshooting with little challenge after getting the hang of things.
