      They are good at first.

      Cons

      Ironic that they are a mental health clinic but doesn’t give much consideration to their employees’ well-being. They prefer to terminate employees rather than coach and help them improve their performance. Gives low salary even if they hire directly. Lots of workload. They try to look for loopholes if they see that you are no longer beneficial to them or someone is doing the job better than you.

      Like any fast-growing company, there are occasional growing pains with scaling and processes, but leadership is actively working to improve these areas.
