      Pros

      I have been working with Insight Global for awhile and they have been great to work with and provided excellent feedback and communication. They have been able to get me numerous interviews with different clients in the San Francisco area and I just recently was placed at one of their major clients. I am very satisfied with Insight Global and appreciate them getting me a position and keeping their relationship with me.

      Cons

      Compensation can always be better, however, I appreciate having a job in this market.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
