      Incredible variety of titles, good salary, supports self-motivated employees to shine, great opportunity to work directly with the world's largest licensors, family environment

      Cons

      High Pressure. Not a great company for anyone who is not extremely motivated to work and learn quickly. Requires a flexible, can do attitude to succeed.

      - Remote - Fun clients - Nice publicists

      Cons

      - They will do anything to not pay you. I had to fight for 3 months to be paid what I was owed, and have heard this from many others - The pay is abysmal, below what anyone should accept for their role - Absolutely insane management - Very shady with contracts, almost had to take them to court
