I felt the dynamics of my group promoted a healthy and challenging work environment. Never got bored, always had opporutnities to learn and grow technically. I also enjoyed a flexible work schedule which was critical to me. The afterhours demands were plenty but there was always appropriate functional overlap.

Upper management's communication to the employees was often vague and this fostered suspicion regarding the direction of the company which ultimately proved to be right on.

Inovis was a great place to work. It gave me the ability to learn several new technologies. They have great products.

I felt the benefits could be a little better. The 401k match was poor compared to other companies. PTO maxed out after 5 years which does not benefit long term employees.
