      Pros

      100% tuition paid after one year of employment if you get good grades. Great 401K/Fringe benefits. Good medical benefits too.

      Cons

      Nanomanagers. You might as well get microchipped, it will make life easier. Management keeps calendars of calendars. Imagine the movie Office Space. A lot of finger pointing and no one being clear or up front about what the real issue is, only making matters worse.
