Unorganized:- No Admin - esp when you face some problem you will not know whom it should be told to sort it out taking from v small thing from cleaning dining and restroom aswell. It was such pathetic some times. Employee will have no idea about his own roles and responsibilities bcz in one night without his/her concern it would be changed to some thing else. Have seen my colleagues suffering and quit the company. No Scope & learn nothing :- It can be be good place for killing time who are not looking for good carrier growth as it has 2 clients 2 requirements that should be worked for one year and the same state is going on till date even after i quit. Not a goal oriented :- founders and management does all the trail and error techniques with the employees. Suddenly your job role would be changed without your concern. no goal no plan where they wanna lead to. Just have some 2 clients for domestic and two clients for US Recruitment and they are making some profit with the help of recruiters. Cost cutting:- One employee is assigned as a recruiter and he/she will be doing US recruitment, Domestic recruitment, Admin work and this is fair enough too. But here servant cost cutting, tea boy cost cutting , office boy cost cutting & admin cost cutting making an old person sit who can never help resolving your issues and in turn can raise one. Completely regret for wasting my valuable time in such company, Nevertheless realized and got rid off it.
