Pros
Some of the smartest people I've ever met working here doing amazing work. So much talent and passion. Workplace is full of people who really care about our clients and also really care about each other as colleagues. Lots of focus on inclusion - many opportunities for feedback and a focus on transparency of information to staff, including salary transparency. 4 currently operating affinity groups that are also given funds for programming and social events. DEI committee comprised of staff from all different departments and identities. Speakers and events for various heritage and identity months. Open office hours with leadership and lots of social events with all staff. Amazing HR team who are focused on employee experience and dignity - not just policies and procedures.
Cons
We went through a major transition in leadership a few years ago and there was a lot of organizational change, but in so many ways we are stronger now and the workplace culture feels so much better than it did a few years ago. Would be nice to work from home more than 2 days a week, but it's also nice to have the in-person time with colleagues.
