Pros

The InkJet team is very loyal to the company, and in turn the company is also very loyal to the employees. Although they are small, they try to foster an environment of growth and opportunities for every individual regardless of position. The CEO listens and is genuinely interested in the thoughts and opinions of the employees. Most are sincerely interested in change and growth, and are open to trying different ways of doing things. The environment is not aggressive, nor cut-throat, and your only limitations is what you are willing and able to take on. I have worked in many companies big and small, and have found Ink Jet to be an exceptional work environment.

Cons

Typical of a smaller company, the opportunities are limited by size. At some point, not enough layers in job positions can be created to ensure everyone a career path. Also typical of smaller companies, attracting talent can be a challenge especially since salaries and benefits are limited.
