There is a great team of people around you, other advisers will always be happy to help.
Cons
There is a great deal of stress over high targets to secure employment for those furthest away from work. And while the company talks at length about how they lake changing lives, in reality they only care about the bottom line; profits. I can say this because that is the only thing they measure with employees. There is little support from superiors simply because they are swamped, so advisers are left to their own devices to attempt hit their targets, while weighed down with administrative tasks that don't move anyone closer to work. I cannot in good faith recommend this employer and would urge you to look elsewhere for work.
