Pros

People are generally all lovely, approachable, happy to lend a hand when you need.

Cons

Management for the most part are awful people- they are only happy when you're working 60 hours a week. Most senior managers have only ever worked at ingeus so the company is insular, reluctant to change, never innovative and stunted as even senior managers have only really ever been employment advisors, which means they lack simple management skills. The company is going to the wall and everyone feels really insecure - people openly talk about how Ingeus will be sold by its VC owner if we're not profitable enough and about how we are all out of a job if we don't win the next iteration of the work program. It feels like a sinking ship.

Pros

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!

It’s great to hear your positive comments of your time at Ingeus, with the right support and tools in place to excel in your role. I agree with your point around communication. It’s really important that we keep colleagues connected. If you have any specific ideas for how we can do this better, please do get in touch with me, or our Communications Team directly. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Kind Regards, Barry Fletcher
