Please appreciate hardworking employees instead of your favourites - Software Engineer Informatica Employee Review

Favourtism - Not sure if the highest management knows what's happening across the GEO. People are getting benifited depending upon how close they are with their managers where hard working employees will have to keep on working. No criteria for employee conversion to Infa payroll. Promotion happens to the same people who are manager's favourites. Getting under paid. Market correction for employees other than the fovourites doesn't exists. New hires (freshers) are getting paid more than someone who works here for very long.
